Welcome to the website of Paul Kalinauckas, the Labour Party Prospective Parliamentary Candidate (PPC) for the Wrekin Constituency. I look forward to discussing key issues with you during the course of my campaign to win the Wrekin back for Labour

Congratulations on being selected as the Labour Party Parliamentary Candidate for The Wrekin.

As you know Pritchard was backed by Lord Ashcroft and his cronies at the last election, who poured thousands of pounds into The Wrekin before the election was called to support Pritchard’s negative propaganda. Can you find out how much he spent on his recent parliamentary newsletter? – would be interested to know cost of postage and envelopes and cost of glossy leaflet!

You only need 942 voters to switch back to Labour to win The Wrekin, so good luck, it can be done!

    Hi Paul
Just testing the system. Not too good at negotiating websites but learning fast.
    All the best
    Mary Lewis

Congratulations Paul on an informative and friendly website. You have clearly been very busy – and your website gives lots of information that people can chew over. Best wishes. Beryl.

  4. Rachel Keen says:

    Dear Paul,
My neighbour in Vineyard Drive called in today and during our conversation she told me that she had been to a council meeting to represent the allotment association. She has been on the waiting list for 3 years and shares an allotment with another family. Apparently there are 84 people on the waiting list and only 30 allotments. Do you have any advice or would this be someting you could take up?

  5. Ron Plenderleith says:

    Good Morning Paul.

You are aware no doubt that there is currently a “Drop in Surgery” being built in the grounds of the PRH. This will of course reduce the number of people attending the A&E at the PRH, thus reducing the input figures for the A&E at the PRH. It will then be easier to reduce the facilities of the A&E based on through put figures.

Can you please explain why five (5) Labour members of the Planning Committee of the TWC adstained from voting for or against the proposed planning application but still draw their committee allowances.

Every member of the Planning Committee was informed that the facility should have been sited in the Leegomery Centre and each received a lcopy of a letter signed by local Doctor, Mr Chowdury stating this fact.

  6. Paul says:

Ron – thank you for your comments. I visited the new Drop In facility recently and was quite impressed by the set up. Another example of Labour’s policy on healthcare in action. I don’t know the history of the decision making process to site it there rather than Leegomery was but I’ll take it up with the Labour Group.

Thank you for drawing this to my attention

    Regards

    Paul

  8. Good luck in your campaign Paul. A tough ask in the current climate but if anyone can do it – you can.

    Regards
